Job Summary:
Responsible for MikroPul Aftermarket Sales, parts, & service to assure profitable growth, strong customer relationships. Primary duties include making proactive/reconnection sales calls, end user site visits, asset documentation, and quote follow-ups. Also responsible for reviewing buying histories and developing accounts, i.e. increasing our share of wallet.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responsible for promotion and sale of MikroPul Parts and Services with heavy focus on proactive selling through Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL). Maintain close and frequent contact/relationships with customers throughout the life cycle of assets. Coordination with inside sales team to schedule quote follow-ups in CRM - 50+ quotes made per month Review of buying histories and target accounts/contacts for upsell opportunities, i.e. account development. Manage RAC plan (provided separately) for hundreds of customer touchpoints per month (1) 50+ received orders "thanks for the order, we can also help you with bag changeouts, monitoring, assessments, etc." (2) 50+ pre-shipment calls "your order is scheduled to ship next week, be on the lookout, we can also help you with bag changeouts, monitoring, assessments, etc. (3) 100+ post delivery follow-ups Work with MikroPul Management to make recommendations on inventory levels, usage history and pricing structure to ensure Aftermarket sales maintain profit margins within MikroPul defined goals. Serve as backup for inside sales team - responding to inbound LEADs. All other duties that may be necessary from time to time outside the normal scope of your job description that will contribute toward the Company meeting its goals and objectives. Qualifications:

Associates degree or related experience 3-5 years in direct aftermarket sales Your Skills & Traits:
