Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Lead Programmer Analyst to join their team. As a Lead Programmer Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and rapidly assimilate new technologies, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Develop, modify, and maintain programs, diagnosing and correcting errors. Analyze and plan systems with management, documenting plans and schedules. Design systems based on analysis and consultations, and document them to meet standards. Assist with system installation, training, and troubleshooting. Conduct fact-finding and program analysis to resolve issues. What's Needed?
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. At least 3-4 years in IT, focusing on application development. Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2016 or higher, SQL 2022 preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Development technologies, including C# .NET and Blazor (experience converting from Angular to Blazor is a plus). Experience with job scheduling tools like ActiveBatch.
