Data Engineer Intern (one year)
We're adding to our diverse team of experts and are looking to hire those who are committed to building a culture that enables the creation of innovative solutions for our business units and clients. We will consider a range of experience for this role and the offer will be commensurate with that.
This internship will start in January 2025 and extend through the summer (potentially until December 2025).

The Opportunity

Work closely with various Facultative & Corporate Underwriting Departments, as well as other internal stakeholders.
In this position you will:
Create new Power BI Dashboards, and update & maintain existing dashboards Automate processes using Python or other tools Develop data pipelines/ automate data extraction from various data sources Assist in production requests as needed Manipulate data for analytics purposes Qualifications:
Grade Level: Graduate degree program with majors in Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics Previous work experience preferred. Good analytical and problem solving skills Computer skills required: Python, visualization tools (such as Power BI), Excel; SQL preferred Proficient oral and written communication skills. Ability to start immediately and commit to one-year internship
