What you'll do:

Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Applications Development Expert to join our team and use advanced technologies to drive transformation in mission-critical services. As a key member of our technical team, you will architect solutions that incorporate AI, Machine Learning, IoT, ArcGIS, RPA, and multi-cloud environments. You will be instrumental in shaping our enterprise architecture, collaborating with both business and technical teams, and ensuring that systems meet business requirements, performance, and security standards.

Location: This is a Hybrid role, based out of Laurel, Maryland 20707.

Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining internal applications, integrations, and web services while optimizing applications across all platforms. Ensure project, support, and operational goals are met, leading teams and coordinating activities. Oversees code updates, collaborates with colleagues on software development, and interacts with various stakeholders. The role translates business requirements into functional application specifications, identifies opportunities for improving user experience, and creates architecture and design documentation, including updates. Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. Master's degree preferred. At least ten (10) years of professional job-related experience with a bachelor's degree or eight (8) years with a master's degree. Experience:

Must have experience managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple stakeholders or businesses. Must have expert knowledge and experience in SQL queries and database design. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment. Must have experience in test driven development. Must have experience with a variety of technologies such as multi-tiered applications, databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, network infrastructure, and understanding security and dataflow within these components. Must have expert skills in developing architecture diagrams and technical designs. Must have experience ensuring that business engineering standards are applied by all parties involved in projects and deliveries. Preferred:

Experience with utilities applications. Experience with any of the following: AI, Machine Learning, IoT, ArcGIS, RPA, ServiceNow, PowerBI, FileNet, Oracle Utilities Suite, and Multi-cloud environments. Clearance:
