Job Description

Material Handler II

The Service Supply Chain Material Handler will have multi-faceted responsibilities including shipping, receiving, material movement, RMA/decommission returns, parts harvesting, and inventory cycle counting.

Responsibilities:

Receiving Receiving of field returned parts and assemblies Receiving of inter-company transfer parts and purchased material Entering receipt data into our ERP system in accordance with documented procedures Entering inventory transaction data into our ERP system in accordance with documented procedures Inspect and dispose of pharmaceutical waste from lease expirations & decommissions Review system data to ensure material accuracy on a daily basis Manage inventory in both conforming and non-conforming locations Deliver or notify any recipients of mail received Shipping

Picking finished goods assemblies and components for shipment against orders Assuring all orders are shipped on time Packaging of parts and assemblies for outbound shipment Processing shipping information through 3rd party shipping systems (FedEx, DHL, etc.) Entering shipment data into our ERP system in accordance with documented procedures Entering inventory transaction data into our ERP system in accordance with documented procedures Arrange freight shipments for material pickups Execute daily shipping report Harvesting

Disassembly of returned systems into sub-components or assemblies Basic inspection and testing of sub-components and assemblies Entering inventory transaction data into our ERP system in accordance with documented procedures Inventory Management

Stocking of parts and assemblies in pre-defined locations within the warehouse Movement of parts to assembly areas as needed for production work orders Routine inventory cycle counting Entering inventory transaction data into our ERP system in accordance with documented procedures Ability to research and analysis inventory discrepancies and find resolutions to prevent reoccurrence Maintain a clean and safe work environment Required Knowledge and Skills:

Detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Exhibits good independent judgment and decision-making skills Basic understanding of Word and Excel Basic understanding and utilization of SAP Ability to be flexible and adaptable to day-to-day responsibility changes Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED 2 + years of warehouse experience Preferred Qualifications:

5 + years of warehouse experience 1+ years' experience in entering inventory transactions in an ERP system Forklift experience Work Conditions:

Warehouse Environment Work overtime/ on-call hours as required Scheduled work hours are 8am-5pm Ability to lift greater than or equal to 75 lbs. throughout the workday Vaccination required / Possible PPE requirements Limited travel About Us
