Amazon's Differentiated Threat Detection Services (TDS) team is looking for a highly motivated Sr. Technical Program Manager to help drive threat detection coverage for Amazon's many businesses. You'll be a part of a diverse team spanning software and security engineering disciplines collaborating with leaders across Amazon Security representing different business verticals. You will be an owner for the strategy and program to enable, measure, and increase Threat Detection coverage across Amazon. As an ideal candidate you have extensive experience in technical program management, and you are adept at collaborating across diverse disciplines, such as security, software, and finance. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience 5+ years of technical product or program management experience Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Experience working with technical Security Engineers within a Security Engineering organization Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Experience working across various Security disciplines such as Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering, and Incident Response at a large-scale enterprise Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
