Responsibilities
Responsibilities: The Contractor shall provide optimization, operations, and maintenance of the Tool Suite for all platforms. The Contractor shall deliver capabilities as requested by the Sponsor in accordance with approved Sponsor working group requirements. The Contractor shall apply approved requirements derived from policy and implement new functionality to products. The Contractor shall architect all aspects of the tool suite development and test LAN to the cloud. The Contractor shall develop systems architecture artifacts for all phases of tool suite architectures. The Contractor shall assist in performing transition and implementation planning for the deployment of new capabilities for the Sponsor and Sponsor's Partners. The Contractor shall develop the tool product suite for M365 in an unsecure and secure environment. The Contractor shall develop and maintain Products for Sponsor partner agencies on multiple networks. The Contractor shall provide Tier 2/3 support, with onsite support during normal business hours (6:00 am to 6:00 pm EST) and on-call support during non-standard business hours. The Contractor shall ensure system maintains a 1-hr Recovery Time Objective (RTO). Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
The Contractor shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience:
Demonstrated experience in creating system engineering documentation Demonstrated experience in multiple programming and testing languages (e.g., Java-Script, TypeScript, .Net, JAVA, C, C++, HTML, and XML) Demonstrated experience in managing and developing desktop and web software Demonstrated experience in Cloud development Demonstrated experience using Windows or Unix Demonstrated experience in critical thinking and strong analytic skills that quickly resolve complex issues Demonstrated experience with web development Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, tracking, and executing multiple simultaneous tasks with competing priorities Demonstrated experience in transforming policy into requirements Demonstrated experience with development on multiple network domains Demonstrated experience with DevOps HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE
Skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not required to perform the work include:
Demonstrated experience and expertise with Sponsor's financial systems Demonstrated experience in managing and developing classification marking tools or software Demonstrated experience in the Sponsor's standard operational environment, including desktop, servers, and peripherals Demonstrated experience in deployment and delivery for the Sponsor or Sponsor's partners Demonstrated experience in classification markings with Microsoft Office products, emails, and web development
