Primary Purpose of the Organizational Unit

In support of the mission of UNC Greensboro, the University Registrar's Office (URO) fosters student success and cultivates exemplary student experiences for all University constituents related to academic records, policies, and regulations.

Position Summary

The Systems & Reporting Support Specialist is member of the Registrar's Systems & Reporting team and serves the URO as associate webmaster, report support, data specialist, and systems & hardware technician. The positions are primarily responsible for technological, systems, and reporting-running functions within the URO. Additionally, the URO Support Specialists will develop a solid understanding of how to leverage reporting and data analysis to support student needs and the institution's strategic goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from high school and one year in the field of technology related to the positions' role. Computer coursework may be substituted year for year for the required experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Journey level requires an additional six (6) months experience Advanced level requires an additional one (1) year of experience Additional Required Certifications, Licensures, and Certificates

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with some computer related coursework; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree must be from an appropriately accredited institution.
