Delivery Driver
): Are you a reliable and customer-focused individual looking to join the exciting cannabis industry? We are currently seeking a dedicated cannabis delivery driver to join our team. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of cannabis products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a friendly demeanor. Experience in customer service is a plus. How youll make a difference
(required duties and responsibilities): As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering cannabis products to customers. Safely operate a delivery van or vehicle to transport packages to designated locations Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries Load and unload packages from the vehicle Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any incidents or discrepancies Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance Maintains organization of Cannabis inventory within the facility Assists in the maintenance of the digital and physical tracking of all Cannabis inventory within the dispensary Performs the input of data into Biotrack system and maintains online menu as outlined by the Dispensary Manager Assists in the digital and physical tracking of all retail inventory in the facility Assists in the maintenance of analysis reports on external product and communicates needs to the Dispensary Manager Assists in conducting weekly inventory counts and audits within the facility. Investigates inventory discrepancies or issues until to determine cause and resolution. Support workflow and customer service needs of dispensary by performing dispensary technician responsibilities as needed Operates as dispensary technician providing customer support with increased volume/demand as needed Analyzes data to anticipate future needs of Cannabis inventory, finished products, and hard goods inventory. Report findings to Dispensary Manager Assists with requirements to remain compliant to all applicable regulations, as it relates to Cannabis inventory Adheres to state and company policies, following appropriate Standard Operating Procedure according to assigned task Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining delivery records Other duties as assigned. (minimum qualifications): Work history showing progressive responsibility, willingness to accept additional projects or challenges. Must have a clean driving record Must pass a state/federal CORI check
