In House - GC Lead Architect's key responsibilities and duties include:
- Lead and manage a team of architects
- Oversee design build projects, with a focus on renovations and interiors
- Represent the firm in client meetings and ensure smooth project delivery
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for design and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders
Profile
In House - GC Lead Architect should have:
- 7+ years of experience in design build, with a focus on renovations and interiors (ground-up experience a plus)
- MA Architecture License (NH license preferred, but transferable)
- Strong project management and client-facing skills
- Familiarity with Procore, BIM/VDC, and P6 a plus
