Description

In House - GC Lead Architect's key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Lead and manage a team of architects
  • Oversee design build projects, with a focus on renovations and interiors
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD for design and documentation
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders

Profile

In House - GC Lead Architect should have:

  • 7+ years of experience in design build, with a focus on renovations and interiors (ground-up experience a plus)
  • MA Architecture License (NH license preferred, but transferable)
  • Strong project management and client-facing skills
  • Familiarity with Procore, BIM/VDC, and P6 a plus
