R.E. Transactional Attorney Qualifications


  • 3 years of experience in real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach

R.E. Transactional Attorney Responsibilities


  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents
  • Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
  • Provide legal counsel on real estate matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate successful transactions
  • Develop and implement strategies to protect client interests and achieve favorable outcomes
