3 years of experience in real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
R.E. Transactional Attorney Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review Provide legal counsel on real estate matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations Collaborate with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate successful transactions Develop and implement strategies to protect client interests and achieve favorable outcomes
