Known for their great company culture our client is a large organization in the commercial construction industry. With a solid reputation, they are known for their commitment to excellence and have a strong foothold in the commercial construction sector. Their team is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The group did $800M+ revenue in 2023 and the majority of their business is from repeat clients. This GC focuses on K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Light Industrial, and Commercial Construction projects ranging $10M-$100M. They have multiple commercial construction projects coming up in the Asheville region, and they are looking for a Superintendent with excellent experience in their core markets to join their team!

Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of large-scale commercial construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure safety regulations and protocols are adhered to at all times
• Participate in the planning and design process
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.
• Attend weekly subcontractor and owner/architect meetings.
• Monitor site safety protocols.
• Track manpower and complete daily reports.
• Assist with quality control oversight.
• Assist with field office document control.
• Assist with creating look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor and track site deliveries.
• Verify all materials, equipment, and installation are in compliance with approved submittals and contract documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers
• Manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Maintain quality control procedures
• Resolve any on-site issues or disputes

A successful Project Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Asheville should have:

Job Offer

• Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $90,000-$125,000
