Description

  • Coordinate all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance on-site
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders effectively
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction
  • Manage project documentation including contracts, plans, and reports
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications

Profile

A successful Project Superintendent should have:
