UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, SAN FRANCISCO GLOBAL ORTHOPAEDIC CLINICAL RESEARCH FULL-TIME ASSISTANT, ASSOCIATE, or FULL ADJUNCT / CLINICAL X / IN RESIDENCE PROFESSOR POSITION The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) seeks a faculty member with a primary career interest in clinical research on global orthopaedic trauma. The candidate will have an established active research program that includes building research capacity and developing higher standards of musculoskeletal trauma care in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). They will mentor students and staff, collaborate with clinical research scientists and faculty at UCSF, and work with international partner sites. The candidate will conduct investigative work independently and collaboratively, publish manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals, and apply for grants to support ongoing and new research projects. This position is located at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. Requirements:
A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree. At least five years of clinical research experience with a publication record in global orthopaedic trauma and musculoskeletal care, particularly in resource-limited settings. Language proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Application Materials:
