Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine, Department of Pediatrics Adjunct, Clinical X, HS Clinical, and In Residence Faculty Series The Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine within the Department of Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco, and the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals are recruiting faculty positions at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank of the Adjunct, Clinical X, Health Sciences (HS) Clinical, or In Residence faculty series. Academic rank is commensurate with experience.

Position Overview:

Selected candidates will join a major academic medical center and established fellowship training program. This position may have clinical responsibilities at both the San Francisco and Oakland campuses and would actively contribute to the Department's mission of excellence in research, education, and patient care. The Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine is one of the longest-standing programs in the country, supporting an established fellowship training program and a diverse cohort of trainees through the Leadership in Adolescent Health (LEAH) program. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative division within one of the nation's leading academic medical centers.

Minimum Qualifications:

Medical degree and license Board eligibility or certification in Pediatrics Board eligibility or certification in Adolescent Medicine

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated interest in a career in academic pediatrics Proven ability to work collaboratively across pediatric disciplines

For positions that are 51% effort or more:

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. The minimum base salary range for this position is $110,500-$333,700. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.

For positions that are 50% effort or less:

A reasonable estimate for this position is $78,900-$238,300.
