As a Social Media Analyst & Creator at Lovisa, you will play a key role in executing data-driven social media strategies that elevate the brand's presence across global markets. You will work alongside the social team to identify emerging trends, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights that inform content creation and optimization strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. This role focuses on tracking social media performance, analyzing content effectiveness, and generating reports to help guide the team's creative and strategic decisions.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about analyzing trends in fashion, jewelry, and pop culture, and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Head of Social Media, Community Content Lead, and the wider social team to ensure flawless execution of social media initiatives and drive Lovisa's growth through data-informed insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics across all channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) with a focus on identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Monitor and interpret data to drive insights that inform content planning, timing, and optimization strategies.
Collaborate with the Head of Social Media and social team to ensure that content aligns with business objectives and performs optimally.
Develop and manage social media performance reports, highlighting key metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, content reach, and ROI.
Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and new tools to continuously improve Lovisa's social media presence and effectiveness.
Support the content team by contributing to the planning and execution of content calendars for multiple platforms.
Ensure all social media content is properly tagged and published error-free at optimal times.
Track and report on influencer collaborations, global product seeding, and other social initiatives to measure their impact on brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with the Community Content Lead to manage audience engagement, analyzing feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within fashion, beauty, or retail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Dash Hudson, Hootsuite) and an understanding of social platform algorithms.
Proven experience managing content calendars and providing data-driven recommendations to optimize social strategies.
Ability to craft engaging post copy, including the use of relevant hashtags and SEO-optimized text to enhance reach.
A deep understanding of social platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, with a track record of driving growth through social media insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to key stakeholders.
Passion for jewelry, fashion, and staying up-to-date on the latest trends in social media and consumer behavior.
Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
