What You Will Be Doing
Spearhead the design and architecture of advanced Salesforce solutions with a comprehensive, long-term approach, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals. Partner with senior leaders across Go-To-Market, Product, and Finance teams to translate strategic objectives into effective technical solutions. Offer extensive technical expertise in IT architecture, data analysis, data modeling, and AI applications, providing guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce team. Plan and manage the integration of Salesforce with complex systems, including ERP platforms, marketing automation tools, customer success platforms, and data repositories. Establish and enforce enterprise-wide architectural standards and best practices, ensuring compliance throughout the development process. Proactively identify and address potential architectural risks, implementing advanced strategies to ensure robust and scalable outcomes. Stay updated on Salesforce innovations and industry trends, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. Guide and mentor senior architects and developers, encouraging ongoing learning and professional growth. Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation to ensure clarity and collaboration across teams. What You Will Need
12–15 years of Salesforce architecture and development experience, including 8+ years leading end-to-end Lead-to-Cash solutions, from requirements analysis to design, configuration, and deployment across cross-functional teams. Strong grasp of standard and unique business processes, with the ability to translate both into cohesive and effective solution designs. Advanced expertise in Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Force.com. Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, and Apex development. Proven track record in designing and managing complex integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs and middleware. Required: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA). Preferred: Additional certifications such as Application/System Architect, Platform Developer, Integration Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture and Management Designer. Technical mastery in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce configurations, and advanced CI/CD and DevOps practices. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of translating complex business needs into scalable solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at conveying technical concepts to executives and non-technical audiences. Leadership experience mentoring senior technical teams and promoting innovation and collaboration. Expertise in agile methodologies and tools like Jira and ServiceNow for project management. Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and craft strategic Salesforce roadmaps. Extensive domain knowledge in finance, healthcare, or technology, with familiarity in industry-specific Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Advanced skills in data migration, governance, and quality management within Salesforce environments.
