Buyer Sales Specialist
and step into a role where you can focus on what you love—helping buyers find their perfect homes and closing more deals! Responsibilities:
Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home. Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close. Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market. Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender. Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers. Qualifications:
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred. An established track record of successful real estate sales. Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car. Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation:
$130,000 at plan yearly
