A well-established entertainment firm seeks a Royalty Label Analyst to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Prepare complex artist, producer, profit participation and mechanical statements under direction of manager.
Prepare income allocation schedules under direction of manager.
Prepare analytical reports under direction of manager.
Review contracts and licenses to ensure that reported royalties are accurate.
Meet hard reporting deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude under pressure.
Other royalty-related duties and projects as assigned.

Accounting/royalty experience in the music industry is a plus. Knowledge of Record Maestro and Music Maestro is a plus. Strong analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities at any given time. Ability to keep information confidential. Familiarity with royalty contracts and royalty calculations preferred. Must be very organized and detail-oriented. Highly motivated and with a desire to work in a team environment. Education / Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 years of music royalties experience recommended. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business (or equivalent) strongly preferred. Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 per year
