The Opportunity: Account Director for an integrated marketing agency for global b2b tech brands! Location: Work wherever works best for you. Fox Agency: Fox Agency is a B2B marketing agency with offices in the UK, Germany, and the US. We opened our first US office in New York City in November 2023, and we are building and scaling our US team. With a growing portfolio of clients, we are looking for an Account Director to lead client accounts within the agency, owning client satisfaction, account health/profitability, and account growth. The Role: Overall responsibility for the client-agency relationship. Responsible for the delivery of high-quality work which meets the client's needs. Ensuring the profitability and growth of client accounts to deliver against ambitious revenue and profitability targets. Identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Interrogating client briefs by challenging and asking questions, working with the Strategy team where relevant, to develop clear creative briefs. Work closely with other discipline leads on accounts to ensure the client has ‘perspectives’ from multiple disciplinary angles. To provide overall direction to their team, managing the structure and day-to-day running of their accounts efficiently. Ensuring the agency produces the highest standard at all levels across all projects - delivering on time, on brief, and on budget. Responsible for strategic planning of activity across multiple geographic and vertical markets, and across integrated channels. Demonstrate proactive solution-based thinking and delivery. Develop proposals based on a sound understanding of their client's business needs and requirements. Articulate and confident to lead meetings with senior client stakeholders, including presenting and selling creative work. Demonstrate depth of knowledge about their client's businesses and the B2B market. Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to review historical work and focus on building a roadmap for future work.
