Oversee digital listings and enhance our brand's visibility and customer engagement nationwide. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize directory listings, aligning with SEO best practices to drive impressions and calls to our 1,200+ offices. A pivotal role in our digital marketing strategy involves the monitoring and analysis of online reputation metrics and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Online Directory Management
Manage daily operations of online directories with a focus on optimizing listings for increased visibility, particularly within Google's ecosystem Recommend enhancements to increase calls and in-person (walk-in) visits by customers and prospective customers to local offices Analyze and report on directory performance metrics by brand, state, and category to inform marketing strategy and decision-making Collaboration with Third-Party Partners
Serve as the main liaison with third-party directory vendors (e.g. SOCi, Yelp) to assess account performance, handle support tickets, and gather updates on directory network changes Reputation Monitoring & Reporting
Track and report regularly on reputation management metrics, including sentiment analysis, review volume, and social media engagement Prepare and present weekly updates and reports on directory and reputation performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement to stakeholders Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the primary contact for directory-related issues, working with departments on location management during store openings, closures, relocations, and acquisitions Partner with the internal data team to manage and maintain API connections between internal systems and third-party directory vendors Administrative Support
Conduct data cleanup, troubleshoot issues, and provide reporting assistance to retail teams as necessary
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in online reputation management or similar focus areas, ideally in the financial services, insurance, or relevant retail sectors
Proven expertise in reputation management and digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and/or Ratings & Reviews Management
Proficiency with reputation management tools (experience with SOCi is a plus)
Experience with CRM systems or similar database platforms (e.g. Salesforce) as an experienced user or power user
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting clear, concise insights
High level of organization and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Certification in social media or digital marketing is preferred
