Roles & Responsibilities: * Team Player in an Agile team within a Release Team/Value Stream * Develop and automate business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications * Technically hands on and excellent in Design, Coding and Testing * Collectively responsible for end-to-end product quality * Participates and contributes in Sprint Ceremonies * Promote and develop the culture of collaboration, accountability & quality * Provides technical support to team. Helps team in resolving technical issues * Closely working with Tech Lead, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams * Independently drive some of the product and pillar level initiatives * Basic, structured, standard approach to work Qualifications: * Proficiency in Javascript based frameworks ie React NextJS Angular * A basic understanding of consuming REST services * Ability to write code and unit tests * Ability to collaborate with team members * Ability to work with global teams and a flexible work schedule * Must have excellent problemsolving skills and be customercentric * Good communication skills * Experience with GraphQL or BFFs * Experience with Microservices CICD Event Oriented Architectures and Distributed Systems * Experience with cloud environments eg Google Cloud Platform Azure Amazon Web Services etc * Familiarity with web technologies eg JavaScript HTML CSS data manipulation eg SQL and version control systems eg GitHub * Familiarity with DevOps practicesprinciples AgileScrum methodologies CICD pipelines and the product development lifecycle * Familiarity with modern web APIs and full stack frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes and Docker Certifications Required AWS Certified Developer Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Certified React Developer Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in US without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Applications will be accepted until 12/25/2024 The annual salary for this position is between $68,422 - $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
