About the Role
The Student Records Functional Lead will oversee key functions within student records, focusing on team management, process improvement, and systems configuration and updates to support university objectives. This role involves directing a team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring efficient completion of cyclical processes.
Supervise two functional analysts, handling task prioritization, performance reviews, and training.
Work with stakeholders to document and enhance business processes, leading workshops and maintaining comprehensive documentation for service delivery.
Support Campus Solutions and HighPoint upgrades through validation testing, including integration updates and process adjustments.
Partner with service owners to ensure timely completion of cyclical student records processes, providing insights on scope and priorities.
Act as an advisor on admissions-related projects and collaborate on Integration, Reporting, Change Management, and Data Governance initiatives.

BU Enrollment Service Operations plays a critical role in ENSA’s mission; enrolling and retaining students, by supporting and designing operational and technical infrastructure to support the student user experience.
