We are seeking a talented and driven

Midlevel Patent Litigation Associate

to join a premier patent litigation team. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to work on groundbreaking cases while contributing to a culture of excellence and professional growth. In this position, you will: Manage and litigate complex patent disputes in federal courts and administrative proceedings. Provide strategic counsel to clients on high-stakes intellectual property matters. Draft and argue motions, participate in discovery, and prepare cases for trial. Collaborate with a dynamic team of legal professionals to deliver superior results. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring: Experience:

3-6 years of patent litigation experience with a proven track record of success. Educational Background:

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing. A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field is highly preferred. Skills:

Strong analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Technical Expertise:

Familiarity with patent law, USPTO proceedings, and technical subject matter in relevant fields. Why Consider This Role?
