The Role: Midlevel Patent Litigation Associate

• Handle complex patent litigation cases in federal courts and administrative proceedings.
• Develop and execute strategic legal approaches to intellectual property disputes.
• Draft motions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in patent litigation, with a strong track record of managing complex disputes.
• Educational Background: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing. A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in patent law and familiarity with USPTO proceedings.
