$80,000 - $95,000 / Year Position Overview:

As the Senior Supply Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing inventory and supply chain processes across our multi-unit restaurant operations. You will work closely with various departments to ensure our restaurants are well-stocked with the right products at the right time while minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency. Your focus will primarily be on anticipating demand, organizing OnDemand deliveries outside of distributors, and suggesting purchases to ensure production continuity, though it is not limited to these tasks. To be successful, you should be able to coordinate with distributor merchandisers and suppliers, identify and anticipate inventory movement bottlenecks and market trends, and suggest purchases to maintain suitable stock levels. You will also be expected to develop and implement recommendations to address issues with inventory flow. This position will assist the sourcing and distribution teams in establishing the sourcing strategy, including contract and negotiation decisions, to improve quality, profitability, and inbound transportation opportunities. Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: Assess the financial structure and inventory storage capabilities of the business. Count and track inventory across multiple locations. Anticipate stock demands based on current and future business functions. Analyze and anticipate market trends to minimize Supply Chain interruptions within the business. Create inventory reports and present suggestions at team meetings. Ensure the business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials. Suggest changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demand. Follow up with suppliers on distributor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery. Recognize and resolve shortage and overage buying situations. Assist in supplier performance scorecards and participate in supplier business reviews. Manage on-demand direct-to-store delivery of products (DSD). Assist in product transitions and new menu rollouts for all brands. Collaborate with partners across the supply chain to implement changes needed. What we require: Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field of study. 3+ years’ experience in procurement, preferably in the food service or retail sector. Very organized and detail-oriented. Detailed knowledge of logistics and inventory management. Advanced mathematical and analytical skills. Experience with statistical analysis. Ability to write and present detailed inventory reports. Strong Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Adaptable to change and comfortable within a dynamic growing organization.
