Miami Family Law Group is currently seeking an experienced Florida Probate/Guardianship/Estate Planning Attorney to join our thriving practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling complex probate, guardianship, and estate planning cases, with a deep understanding of Florida law and procedures. Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of probate, guardianship, and estate planning matters from inception to resolution. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and asset protection. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, probate petitions, guardianship petitions, and related pleadings. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations, advocating effectively on their behalf. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to deliver comprehensive, client-centered service that exceeds expectations. Maintain accurate and organized case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance with court requirements. Efficiently manage your time to maximize billable hours while maintaining the quality of work. Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Active Florida Bar membership. Experience in probate, guardianship, and estate planning law. Strong analytical and legal research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Compensation:
$220,000 per year
