Strategic Sales Leadership & Team Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and goals aligned with the company’s strategic objectives to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Provide leadership in initiating sales opportunities, orchestrating internal and external resources, and assisting team members in any phase of the sales funnel to secure new business. Develop and execute a sales process/strategy that is scalable. Willing to be an individual contributor to the sales team as well as mentoring sales personnel to inform the sales strategy, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Marketing & Industry Engagement: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives lead generation and brand growth to effectively inform the sales strategy and achieve goals. Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis to anticipate customer needs and inform the sales strategy. Manage both internal and external marketing resources. Management of CRM and Marketing Systems: Utilize and maintain the CRM database to track client activity, including contacts, lead sources, notes, meetings, etc. Generate weekly pipeline reports via CRM outlining current opportunity status. Manage and report on CRM content, including accounts, contacts, opportunities, and lead follow-through. Reporting & Analysis: Provide the CEO and company leadership with detailed reports and insight related to the health of the business, performance, and results. Attend weekly meetings with management to review past projects, potential new projects, and sales and marketing strategy plans. Additional Responsibilities: Scale and optimize Sales & Marketing functions, focusing on results, efficiency, and strong collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and operational success. Inspire, lead, and grow high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Utilize excellent verbal (presentation) and written communication skills to write proposals, present to clients, manage vendors, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in a leadership or executive Sales/Marketing role within a business-to-consumer (B2C) relationship sales environment required. Ability to travel internationally (mostly Tijuana, Mexico) 15% of the time to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support sales & marketing activities required. A proven track record of driving measurable results and growth in sales revenue via your sales and marketing strategies and actions required. Demonstrated success in building and leading sales and marketing teams required. Demonstrated success in a startup or high-growth environment desired. Experience in startup or high-growth environments, medical tourism, and consumer lending is a plus, but not required. We offer a comprehensive and negotiable compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the minimum starting salary range for this job is $180,000.00+. Individual salaries beyond the minimum salary take into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
