Help clients create wills and trusts to secure their family’s future while delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities: Create wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, etc. for your clients. Discuss plans with clients for distributing their assets. Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action. Cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clients by maintaining consistent and timely communication. Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, required. Must have an active MN law license. Minimum of 2-5 years of estate planning experience. Experience with dispute resolution, probate, elder law, MA benefits, special needs planning, or litigation a plus. Highly proactive approach to professional work and relationships. Organized and detail-oriented. Strong emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills. Motivation to grow professionally, financially, and personally. No portables or existing book necessary. Compensation: $100,000 base salary + bonuses
