ABOUT THE ROLE As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop machine learning models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business problems and optimize processes. Additionally, you will be involved in data cleaning, data preprocessing, and data visualization tasks to ensure data quality and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. Some of the key responsibilities you should expect are the following: Collect and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity. Develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to extract insights and solve business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers in the data. Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through data visualization, reports, and presentations. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning techniques. ABOUT YOU Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or a bachelor's degree with several years of work experience). Proficiency in programming such as Python, R, or SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with machine learning algorithms, data mining, and statistical analysis. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
