Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 5 to join our team at one of our high-end Corporate Dining accounts, The Federal Bank of Atlanta. The current food landscape consists of Cafe, Catering/Conference Center, and Starbucks.

The General Manager 5 will report to a District Manager and will be the Number 1 on-site. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation
  • Managing the budget/finances for the business
  • Managing the client relationship
  • Leading and developing a team of 3 salaried managers and 25 hourly employees
  • Marketing initiatives
  • HR related duties
  • Strong focus on catering

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry schedule, predominantly Monday through Friday, but must be flexible to work some evenings for catering events.

Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible. Parking included.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
