General Manager 4 - Food

Unit Description

Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 4 to join our team at Genuine Auto Parts in Atlanta, GA! The current food landscape consists of 1 cafe that serves lunch only, catering operations, and stocking the break room. All the food is free to the employees.

The General Manager 4 will report to the District Manager and will be the number 1 on site, responsible for overall day-to-day operations. Duties of the General Manager 4 will include but are not limited to:

• Manage the client relationship
• Responsible for the budget/finances
• Lead and develop a team of 19 to 20 hourly employees
• HR-related duties
• Marketing
• Catering

This position offers a traditional business and industry schedule, predominantly Monday through Friday, but must be flexible to work some evenings for catering events.

Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical benefits beginning on the date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible. Parking included.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
