Redstone Commodity Search is working with an international trading house looking to hire a Head of Cement Trading to be based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global strategy for cement trading, achieving growth and profitability targets.
- Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry stakeholders across international markets.
- Lead the identification and execution of trading opportunities, including structured deals and long-term supply contracts.
- Oversee logistics and supply chain operations to ensure seamless delivery and cost efficiency.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory developments to guide decision-making and risk management.
Key Experience:
- Extensive experience in cement trading within an international trading environment.
- Proven track record of generating significant revenues and managing a profitable trading desk.
- Deep understanding of global cement markets, including pricing, demand-supply dynamics, and logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire trading teams.
- Expertise in structured deals, market analysis, and risk management within the commodities sector.
