The Senior Product Manager, Legal Technology Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep technical expertise in Conga (Apttus) CLM to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. This individual will leverage their technical knowledge to support the development, configuration, and deployment of legal technology solutions, particularly Conga (Apttus) CLM, ensuring that upgrades, enhancements, and redeployments are executed smoothly and efficiently. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the technical details of the implementation process, review and validate solutions before production deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Deep technical expertise in Conga (Apttus) CLM: Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Conga (Apttus) CLM and its integration with Salesforce and other legal/financial systems, ensuring that updates and configurations align with business needs and best practices.
- Technical validation of solutions: Review and validate enhancements, upgrades, and redeployments in Conga (Apttus) CLM before pushing changes into production, ensuring technical integrity and risk mitigation.
- Configuration & development oversight: Work closely with development teams to configure solutions and ensure the correct technical approach for implementing changes to Conga (Apttus) CLM. While not directly coding, provide guidance and support to unblock technical challenges.
- Integration knowledge: Ensure seamless integration of Conga (Apttus) CLM with Salesforce, DocuSign, and other systems, focusing on configuration and maintenance of these integrations to ensure smooth operation.
- Testing & quality assurance: Design and manage the execution of test plans, ensuring high-quality and bug-free deployment into production.
- Technical roadmaps and solution design: Lead the development of technical roadmaps, providing strategic direction on automating complex legal processes and optimizing the use of Conga (Apttus) CLM.
- Agile methodology: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the development lifecycle of Conga (Apttus) CLM and related technologies, ensuring that enhancements and improvements are delivered efficiently.
- Stakeholder communication: Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, including Business Technology Engineering, Product Management, Go-To-Market, People, and Finance, to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure seamless integration across departments.
- Deployment management: Own the deployment process, including managing release notes, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring the smooth deployment of updates and new configurations into production.
What you'll bring to the role
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise system implementation or delivery management, with a focus on technical expertise in Conga (Apttus) CLM.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Conga (Apttus) Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), including configuration, scripting, solution deployment, and integration with Salesforce.
- Proven ability to review, validate, and support Conga (Apttus) CLM and Salesforce integration, including DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and managing software development and deployment cycles for legal technology solutions.
- Salesforce platform expertise with the ability to navigate complex integrations between Conga (Apttus) CLM and Salesforce.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to business stakeholders and provide clear guidance to development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Conga (Apttus) certifications and Salesforce certifications (e.g., Level 201) are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with legal tech solutions such as eBilling, Matter Management, and Compliance is preferred.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
