Shifts: **There is a 10% shift differential

  • Day Shift 6am-2:30pm
  • Mid Shift 3pm-11:30pm


Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical panels in accordance with company standards and specifications. The Electrical Assemblers will ensure high-quality production output while maintaining safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assemble electrical panels by following blueprints, drawings, and other technical specifications.
• Install various components such as wires, circuit boards, and other electrical components on panels, ensuring correct alignment and secure connections.
• Inspect and test assembled panels for quality assurance, ensuring they meet functional and safety standards.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery to assemble and install components accurately.
• Work closely with engineers, quality control teams, and other manufacturing personnel to ensure smooth production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, parts used, and any issues encountered during the assembly process.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Identify and resolve issues in the assembly process or with components, communicating any problems to the supervisor for further action.

Professional Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or training in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field are a plus.
• Previous experience in panel assembly or a similar manufacturing environment preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic math skills for measuring, calculating, and verifying component sizes.
• Ability to stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dexterity to handle small components and tools.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
