Job Title: Office Manager Job Description Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of an office, ensuring smooth functionality, coordinating tasks, handling accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), HR items, and payroll. Maintain office duties, and provide support to employees, all while prioritizing efficiency and organization within the workplace. Responsibilities Provide administrative support and office management. Perform data entry and handle clerical tasks. Manage payroll, front desk operations, and overall office administration. Handle HR items including hiring, 401k, insurance, and payroll. Post and pay invoices as part of accounts payable processes. Post deposits as part of accounts receivable processes. Handle various clerical items as necessary. Manage payroll through Paycor. Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks. Essential Skills Experience in administrative support and office management. Proficiency in data entry, administration, and clerical tasks. Knowledge of payroll management. Experience with front desk and office administration. Familiarity with HR items such as hiring, 401k, insurance, and payroll. Ability to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks. Proficiency in Paycor payroll management. Experience using QuickBooks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic experience with Excel. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Work Environment Great office environment with a brand new renovated space. You will be working closely with the team in a collaborative setting. This is a great opportunity for growth within the company, which currently has 13 employees and aims to grow to 20 employees next year. The office attire is business casual.
