Accounts Payable SpecialistResponsibilities
+ Process outgoing payments via ACH and company credit card (AMEX) in compliance with policies and procedures.
+ Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
+ Prepare contracts and contract renewals for vendors using approved templates.
+ Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
+ Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
+ Facilitate invoice payments by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
+ Generate reports detailing accounts payable status.
+ Understand compliance issues related to accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.).
+ Communicate effectively with staff and leaders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
