Position Summary:
The Electrical assembler is responsible for wiring machines, equipment and their subassemblies while following layouts, electrical circuits and other written and verbal specifications.
Work You'll Do:
- Read, comprehend and interpret Wiring Diagrams
- Produce quality work in a time frame that meets the expectation of the Team/Group Leads.
- Perform all line wiring operations.

Recognize problems with electrical designs and parts, take appropriate corrective action to resolve.
- Analyze designs for correctness, functionality and cost effectiveness.
- Perform Panel component changes as well as build panels.
- Build and wire multiple product lines.

Complete Lockout / Tag out training using all required items when performing Lockout.
- Work safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Communicate any discrepancies or errors on prints, materials list etc.
Basic Qualifications:
3-5 years in experience or a completed education in an electrical background; or a combination of both
Blueprint reading *
Schematics reading
Demonstrate personal leadership; actively participate in or lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress / emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments.
Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress / emergency situations, priority changes, or new assignments.
Ability to read/comprehend diagrams.
