Target Range: $85,000.00/Yr. - $95,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Direct CRE Portfolio Operations Manager provides daily oversight of the CRE Portfolio Management team, focusing on continuous monitoring of the Bank’s Commercial Real Estate loan portfolio. The position will help oversee all department functions, including, but not limited to, continuous process improvement, tech enhancements, asset monitoring functions, oversight of junior analysts, and curating information for compliance reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Portfolio Monitoring Activities such as: Collection of documents as required in loan agreements, loan modifications, loan covenant management, process draw requests, and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze large amounts of data for MIS reporting and portfolio performance tracking.
  • Develop and update procedural manuals, controls, and checklists.
  • Execute on process improvement enhancements to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency, while focusing on risk reduction.
  • Complete the various post-closing functions including, but not limited to, process management and implementation, state and federal compliance, policy and procedures implementation.
  • Compile information as requested for internal and external examinations, reviews and audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • 3+ years of related Operations Management experience.
  • 1+ year's leadership experience.
  • nCino/Salesforce experience.
