Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 20%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 20%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
The VP, Portfolio Manager - Asset-Based Lending will manage and provide daily oversight of the various Asset-Based Lending (ABL) groups and their respective Portfolio Management teams – focusing on continuous monitoring of the Bank’s performing loan portfolio. Manage all department functions, including, but not limited to, monitoring concentration limits, oversight and development of junior analysts, and curating information for compliance reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate borrowing base availability, including monitoring portfolio for concentration limits
- Monitor payments, collections, and payoffs
- Collect documents as required in loan agreements
- Process draw requests
- Manage ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze data and prepare monthly and quarterly reports for review
- Lead a high performing organization by engaging associates, setting expectations, holding teams accountable and recognizing great work
- Manage and monitor loan products including affirmative and negative financial covenant compliance and comply with internal and external regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in a financial institution
- 5+ years in a transactional role
- Asset-based lending
