Tyson Foods is seeking an Executive Specialist to support the Chief Legal Officer, Secretary, and head of Governance and Corporate Affairs. Successful applicants for this position must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.

SUMMARY:
This position will provide administrative and advisory support to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO). Responsibilities include:
- Managing schedules and upcoming events for the CLO.
- Managing the CLO’s travel and expenses.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Reviewing internal correspondence for priority and content.
- Assisting in preparing highly confidential documents.
- Acting as a project manager for special projects at the request of the CLO.
- Creating general correspondences.
- Acting as a liaison on behalf of the CLO with other departments and high-level team members.
This position will interact with Executive Officers, Board members, and the Chairman of the Board.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Requires education beyond high school. BS or BA preferred. Paralegal certification preferred.
- Experience: 5 plus years of related experience in a corporate environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Travel: Minimal.
- Special Skills: Proven track record of developing and managing sensitive relationships, exercising discretion, and working independently.
