POSITION SUMMARY:

The Vice President of Strategic Solutions will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic alignment between the

sales team, business units, and the overall organizational goals. This position will serve as a key enabler of

business development and drives sales revenue to budget by offering pre-sales support, managing executivelevel relationships, and collaborating closely with marketing, service, and sales teams to ensure a unified

approach to driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The VP of Strategic Solutions acts as a crossfunctional leader to support sales efforts, enhance client engagement, and ensure that business strategies are

effectively executed across different departments.

Position Overview

Strategic Planning & Execution
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive growth, client retention,
and profitability
• Ensure competitive positioning in the marketplace by leveraging insights into market trends, client feedback,
and competitive dynamics
• Act as a strategic liaison between departments and business lines to ensure alignment with business
objectives and client expectations
Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Partner with CGO to ensure sales revenue and profitability exceed budgeted growth expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and delivery to identify new business
opportunities and support the achievement of revenue growth targets
• Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and develop innovative
solutions for clients

Client Relationship Management
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to enhance client relationships, focusing on the
Company's largest and most important clients
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients by collaborating closely to understand their
objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and partnering with sales teams to provide strategic support and
tailored value propositions
• Identify growth opportunities within client organizations and proactively drive initiatives to expand our
services
Pre-Sales Support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Lead the development and presentation of high-level executive briefings, proposals, and solutions during
customer interactions
• Collaborate with service leaders to tailor solutions and messaging for specific clients
• Serve as a subject matter expert in client-facing meetings, showcasing the value of services and solutions

Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs)
• Own the creation and delivery of strategic content for quarterly business reviews and executive business
reviews with key clients
• Drive performance metrics, client satisfaction, and strategic recommendations during these reviews to
ensure alignment with client goals
Marketing & Market Analysis
• Align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies, while providing strategic insights through market
analysis and competitive intelligence to support promotional activities and decision-making
• Lead the development of case studies, client success stories, and thought leadership content that
strengthens the company's market presence
• Own the Customer Advisory Board initiative ensuring customer perspectives are considered and integrated
into strategic decisions, to enhance long-term loyalty
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and
risks
• Work closely with the executive team to align business strategies with market demands and client needs

Key Qualifications:
• Proven track record of leadership in strategic solutions, sales enablement, or business development roles
• Strong background in pre-sales support, executive-level presentations, and client-facing engagements
• Excellent understanding of business strategy, with the ability to bridge gaps between sales, marketing, and
business lines
• Experience conducting and leading QBRs/EBRs and presenting to C-level executives
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or consulting industries
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
