Job Description

• You will be responsible for managing a high throughput analytical lab operation at Solenis Wilmington Research Center. Solenis Customer Analytical Services team at Wilmington DE provide a variety of analytical testing support to Solenis customers in industrial water and paper market segments through our commercial teams.
• You will also be responsible for expanding lab capabilities and process improvement to meet the business demands.
• You will ensure the lab follow the company's safety protocol.
• You will ensure the lab deliver timely, relevant and accurate results to the submitters.
• You will be responsible for expanding the lab capabilities and improve the process efficiency.
• You will be responsible for the talent Management of the team.

Qualifications

• You have a MS/PhD in analytical chemistry, chemistry or equivalent field.
• You have 10+ years of high throughput analytical lab operation management experience.
• You demonstrate strong leadership skills and talent management.
• You have a broad knowledge of analytical chemistry and analytical instrumentation.
