Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Client Development: Identify and develop new client opportunities to expand Makse Group's presence in targeted industries, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Sales Goals & Market Penetration: Achieve annual sales targets and market penetration goals while providing strategic insights to drive growth.
- Market Analysis & Alerts: Establish, update, and monitor news alerts for various clients and prospects using company tools and resources to stay informed and proactive.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with internal leadership to effectively introduce Makse Group's solutions to clients and enhance service offerings.
- Sales Campaigns: Collaborate with the sales team and marketing manager to plan and execute sales campaigns, lead generation strategies, and digital content initiatives.
- Growth Opportunity Identification: Define and explore growth opportunities through thorough industry, client, and competitor analysis.
- Client Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of client service and satisfaction by effectively addressing client needs and concerns.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in a consulting or technology environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a small team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results efficiently.
- Proficient in CRM software and other business development tools.
