The LaSalle Network Sales Team is critical to our clients' success. As part of the team, you'll build relationships with clients, advise them on their hiring challenges and ensure our fast, high-quality service supports their business growth. Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Engage with businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and leverage your sales skills to positively impact their hiring and growth
- Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset in a key, emerging market with room for rapid career growth
- Adapt quickly and effectively to change
- Manage a territory of prospects and own the sales cycle from start to finish
- Conduct cold outreach (60+ calls/day) to prospects and clients
- Set and attend meetings to identify hiring needs and present LaSalle Network's value proposition
- Consistently generate revenue and aim to exceed personal and company goals
- Continuously seek feedback to demonstrate your commitment to personal development
- Contribute to the team culture through collaboration, friendly competition and celebrating wins with your peers
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or human capital
- 1+ years of sales experience in the DFW market or strong local industry knowledge
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to speak to hitting or exceeding metrics and revenue goals
- Competitive, money-motivated and driven to succeed
- Receptive to feedback and eager to advance your career
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage decision-makers both in person and over the phone
- Excited about working in a hybrid model (Monday-Thursday in-office, Fridays remote)
