Role Overview

Avenue Z is seeking an Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic agency environment. As an Account Based Marketing Intern, you'll have the opportunity to learn about ABM strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, work on digital marketing projects, and contribute to the overall success of revenue generating activities for Avenue Z.

As an ABM Intern, you will play a critical role in the planning, launch and analysis of campaigns targeting Avenue Z's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research and analyze Avenue Z's target accounts and their key decision makers, utilizing the CRM to segment audiences and drive pipeline growth.
  • Support the development of ABM campaigns through the creation of personalized content and messaging.
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization and reporting for active campaigns to uncover new opportunities and build executive reports.
  • Assist in the ongoing analysis of Avenue Z's target audience, competitors, and market trends to optimize digital growth strategies.
  • Contributing to overall CRM maintenance and data quality, monitoring newly created prospects, active workflows, etc.
What You'll Gain

  • Skills in analyzing and interpreting performance metrics to improve marketing efforts.
  • Time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or possess relevant internship or work experience.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Analytics preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to commit to a 20-24 hours/week schedule for the semester, compensated at $20/hour.
  • Access to a reliable laptop for the duration of the internship.
