The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. in a contingent role, providing strategic leadership and guidance to ensure the company's financial success and compliance with regulatory standards.

This is a contingent position.

The CFO will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and executing the overall financial strategy and planning for the organization.
  2. Preparing financial forecasts and budgets to support strategic initiatives.
  3. Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.
  4. Overseeing the financial reporting process, including the preparation of financial statements and analysis.
  5. Managing cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies.
  6. Providing financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and the board of directors.
  7. Leading and developing the finance team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
  8. Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities within the organization.

As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will have a significant impact on the direction and growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, preferably in a contingent and government contracting environment.
  3. Strong understanding of government contracts and regulations, inclusive of the business development cycle in services.
  4. Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
  5. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  6. Experience managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  7. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. CPA certification is a plus.
  10. CAS (Cost Accounting Standards) & FAR and DFAR Regulations experience.
  11. Audit standards and experience is preferred.
  12. Mergers & Acquisitions Experience.
