Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of subcontracts, from pre-award to post-award.
- Negotiate complex subcontract terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR and other relevant regulations.
- Monitor subcontract performance and address any issues.
- Support the issuance of RFPs and conduct price analysis.
- Collaborate with program managers, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and share expertise.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate subcontract records.
- Prepare subcontract documentation, including modifications and ATPs.
- Utilize various software tools, including SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years' subcontract management experience in a federal government contracting environment.
- Strong understanding of FAR/DFAR, Public Law requirements, and various contracting types to (T&M, FFP, and CPFF).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- This position requires U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain secret clearance if needed
